It’s sage advice for most people. We’ve heard it time and time again.
Work smarter, not harder.
But after you have organized your work life, after you have figured out systems to work harder on your business instead of being stuck in your business, after you have figured out the key customers to make an impact on vs. the ones to not put as much energy into, then the formula flips.
At that point, you need to work harder instead of trying to be smarter.
The trick is to know when to flip the formula. Keep in mind that hard work never goes out of style, especially during the last four months of the year.
